Afbuy is a logistics solutions company offering a cross border transport service. We started off as an export and import 4PL marketing company offering a complete supply chain solution, but an ever increasing flow of business called for us to acquire our own fleet of vehicles.
Today, the Afbuy fleet consists of:
11 x Hazchem Superlink vehicles
1 x 14-ton Hazchem vehicle (curtain side)
1 x 12 ton Hazchem vehicle (open)
3 x 8 tonner Hazchem vehicles (closed and open body)
1x 5 tonner Hazchem vehicle (open body) and 2 x 1 tonners
Afbuy acts as the marketing arm for three major well established cross border transport companies. We have direct sole access to 85 dedicated Superlink and Tri Axle vehicle combinations plus various express vehicles. Our partnership with these three global trucking companies gives us a commercial edge in the market.
Afbuy is backed by more than 11 years of knowledge and understanding of the transport business and the climate in which it operates, with a strong focus on the SADC region. We have a weekly consolidation service into Zimbabwe and an Express consolidation service into Zambia.
Our company has offices in South Africa at Olifantsfontein, Gauteng.
We have a warehouse facility of 1400sqm and storage space is available in Johannesburg, including the necessary handling equipment. All our vehicles and drivers are fully Hazchem compliant. Afbuy is also BBBEE compliant through Veri-Com and we have a Level 8 BEE rating. We are SQAS audited – 7 Pillar Audited and DPS March approved.
